Bug Fix - Drupal Based Website paypal payment gateway integration

Need assistance connecting Drupal Commerce modoule with Commerce PayPal Module. Modules are all installed. Issue is linked to being redirected back to the website and having the order processed in PayPal. As if PayPal is not communicating with the website after payment is made.
Issue can also be linked to the site having https, SSL certificate in place which may be preventing Paypal from communicating with the website.
