Buddypress Developer Required for Adult Community Website - UK Postcode Search

Hello We have been working on our client's website these past few months to create an adult community website. 1. The first problem we have is with the hompage search form [login to view URL] We want users to be able to search Buddypress members: 1. enter postcode (UK ONLY) 2. enter distance (miles) from entered postcode This is not working/set up as we don't know the best way to implement with Buddypress. All other search options work fine. We need experienced developer implement this search option as API or custom, whatever is easiest and best method. 2. We want to display users on homepage right module depending on geo location - so for example: user visits website from London, to the right of page they see members who are also located in their region of London. On a final note: We are currently working with Cometchat to implement webcam API which will work with the user credits plug-in - so members can pay to view webcam.
