I would like an online booking form that can take the following information and email to a chosen address Name Mobile no Pick up address Drop off address Price (calculated based on google maps driving distance between the two points in km, fare is based on km x kmRATE + Booking fee) credit card information (can either store credit card info securely or just charge booking fee via paypal or other merchant) Ideally the customer could have an option to select quote where the Name, Number and credit card information is not required. the code would be integrated into a [login to view URL] website.
