Betfair API-NG Script to place in-play bets

I'm looking for someone with experience with the Betfair API-NG.
I want you to write a script in PHP that can do the following things:
- Generate an overview of soccer games played in the next 24 hours and with a certain liability on the over 2.5 goals market.
- I can select some games that this script will keep an eye on.
- The script will monitor these selected games on over 2.5 goals market on odds movements (automatically, cron job? I want to be able to close my pc after selecting the games).
- On a certain odd I want to script to place a certain (predefined) bet.
- This bet can be lower than the limit of $2.
Can this be programmed by you within days and do you have experience with the Betfair API? Then place apply for this project.
