Basic Search PHP/HTML of access database

I have a client that has a [login to view URL] website, they have a access database that they would like to be able to search. I can use iframe to integrate the website so it doesn't need to be anything fancy at all, they will just need to be able to search First/Last name then click view details to get a couple more fields, all the data is in the same table on access.
