I want a clean ANPR using live camera.
You can use any open source, but it must meet the industry quality standard .
It should contain a live stream video input from given camera, (IP Camera is preferred) whenever a car enters into the camera's frame it should capture its plate.
The Project should be developed in C# framework only.
This project will be used across Malaysia, a little heads up.
Overall i need a piece of software that can recognize perfectly any number plate.
