We require a script/program to automatically download a csv file from an FTP server then add or update new or existing products into Magento (v1.9.2).
Milestones will be set as follows;
Milestone 1 - 75% of total payment when a working script can be run and tested on my server/site.
Milestone 2 - 25% of total payment when the script is automated through a cron job and remaining user-acceptance issues are resolved.
