Simple PBX Environment in either Asterisk by using A2Billing or any relaiable and stable platform.
1. We have 3 agents in our office. Each agent has an extension number. 111, 222 and 333.
2. We have one voip phone number with 10 channels.
3. The calls should greeting with welcome IVR – press 1 for sales. 2 for support or if you know the extension dial it at any time.
4. The call needs to come in queue; and should ring whoever is available in queue.
5. If no agent is available the line should go on hold with on hold music.
6. While on hold the caller should get an option to leave a voice mail.
7. Voice Mails; All voice mails should be routed to an email address and also should be stored on a server so the agent can listen to the voice mail.
8. Agent should see on the web interface; how many calls are on the queue.
