This request is as basic as it gets. I will need a Admin panel to be able to insert / edit content from the XML File called [login to view URL] ( it can be seen here [login to view URL] then i need a section to edit files called [login to view URL] which can be seen here --> [login to view URL] I will also need some kind of inform file upload as well but this is not required for this bid.
