Adjust script

I need some adjustments done to a script that I am making. Its a Vendor Management Script 1.. I need to setup templates so that I can import products catalogs from various vendors. 2. I also need the ability to add products to my Purchase order directly from product list. 3. Some fields added product database 4. Products that are on discount should be shown in the PO
