Add some functions to existing Iptv panel

Hello,
I want to edit my already made iptv panel and add some extra functions. The iptv panel has made by using nginx, nginx rtmp module, fastcgi and msql database. The 2 basic things what I want to are:
- Add backup streams (if the main stream goes down automatically go to the second one)
- Install balancer server (when adding some live stream want to choose the server which should streaming video)
