Add FB share buttons to existing Wordpress site

My website is [login to view URL] - I want to add facebook share buttons above and below my embedded videos, like this: [login to view URL] - See attached image for simple mockup. Padding below top share buttons should be 25px. Padding above bottom share buttons should also be 25px, like in the example site. I think best way to do this is: 1. Include bottom share button on every post between the prev / next buttons. 2. Make top share button a shortcode - [share]. Top button should be the same one as in the example, with the "like" and the "share". When shrinking down to mobile, bottom buttons should stack, like this site: [login to view URL] The order would be - Share, Next, Prev from top to bottom in mobile view.
