Add an email address to bcc a copy of order confirmations on zencart

I am running zencart and in the admin panel I have an option to add an email address for m,e top receive copies of the email confirmation. I have recently added my business to trust pilot and the require a bcc copy of the emails as well. Zecart does not give me this option. It must be bcc!
