YouTube Video Upload and Comment from PHP

This project requires an understanding of the YouTube API (v2.0). I require 3 PHP pages (mixed html and PHP). The first page must allow a user to authenticate with Google via OAuth2 ([login to view URL]). Once authenticated the user should be given a choice of 'uploading a video' or 'making a comment'. These choices will be hyperlinks to their respective pages (one to upload a video to their account and the other to make a comment on a predetermined video). The video upload page must return the uploaded videos ID (i.e. the ID for "[login to view URL]" would be "AMpZ0TGjbWE". This project will be used in a 'back-office' environment and so requires only a rudimentary html display - No graphics/layout required.
