[login to view URL] Scope of work The scope of work should be clear (As I will explain now) and please feel free to adjust any of the information presented. The project will act as a talent showcase/acquisition platform. In its simplest form the talent (might be a model, actor, musician etc..) will come and connect to the website via Facebook connect. The user will be taken through a wizard of some sort, as we will ask him to fill in more information about him/herself (The information and steps will be sent to you after agreement). The other segment of this is if a talent management agency wants to connect and claim/showcase their talent (So basically it will have a different option set than the normal users) The "talent" can be connected to only one agency, or registered as a "Per Job" kind of registration. The third and final segment will be the talent scouting section, where casting entities will select the talent they are looking for. Think of it as a shopping carts, wish lists or projects (multiple ones) that can be created by the casting entities. They can select multiple people directly from the website and send them internal requests for hiring. If the "talent" is under an agency then the request will be directed to the agency, otherwise, the "talent" will get the request. Technology We want the application to be developed on the YII framework (Hopefully by the time we completed the agreement) YII 2.0 would launch. Code base SVN will be hosted on a server we will provide along with a sandbox. We will share the ssh box connection and svn information upon finalizing the agreement. Any additional required material will be shared based on your request. Design and Localization We will be providing the design in .psd format, and we will create the .mo files for the Arabic content based on the translation files you send us. Servers and deployments: We will setup the deployment servers and get you the information ready before going live in some time to test live servers upfront. u can use templates no need ui design this website will be in both arabic and english Tell me the cost and time for this asap
