Website order form to cteate .XML file on a server folder

One of our clients for whom - among other things - we've developed a HTML website needs an Order Form to create on submission an .XML file in a dedicated server folder accessible trough FTP or Explorer in order the DTA to download and import the file. (Please see attached files for detailed description) The .XML file number should be 10 digits starting with 1 and then a counter should give automatically the rest (First order would be No. 1000000001, second order would be No. 1000000002, ... twenty-third order would be No. 1000000023, ... etc.) We'll supply the winning bidder with the list of products and the list if clients for the respective databases. We expect unlimited or reasonable number of corrections until the client is happy with the result. All materials and sources with detailed explanation on how to make changes in all Order Form components and databases in the future (mainly adding and deleting products and clients) should be provided to us on conclusion of the project. Only bids by bidders with provable experience in similar projects and positive feedback will be considered. We well know it's only a couple of days work for the right professional. Thank you all!
