We need someone to create two simple web services using PHP.
The webservices will facilitate communication between a mobile app and a remote MySQL database.
The first webservice will receive POST data over HTTP format and should parse and insert this data into the MySQL database
The second webservice will retrieve data from the MySQL database and send it over HTTP
The size of the data is small (1 table, approximately 20 fields) and I need two version of each webservice; one sending and receiving JSON and the other XML
