statistics program for a game called supreme commander

I would like a web based table statistics program that allows users to register, upload their statistics files (which are in .xml format) and have the statistics displayed. Statistics should show individual games, global statistics, individual factions (there are 3 total in game) There will probably be many more different queries as well. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). The following work must be completed: A user creates a verifiable account. A user uploads all his .xml files which contain the stats The xml are imported into mysql which can be queried The webpage must display global statistics for every aspect of: players, clans, units, factions, damages, etc. Everything that appears in the .xml files must be searchable, ability to compare, and ability to display only the information a person wants to see. The webpage must be searchable for a username The web page must be able to compare statistics between players, games, and clans. The webpage must be installable on a hosting site (must not have to use root access) I am not cheap. I pay well for good work. I am certain that after the above is delivered, I will have more additions I would like to the site, and I will pay you well for it. ## Platform linux, php, perl (maybe), xml
