Hello all,
I have a small website that i've developed, but i'd like some things to be fixed,

This is what i'd like to fix:
1. I want the architecture section to pop-up first (right now its the about section)
2. There is no scrollbar for the content. This is probably because i am nesting the content in weird ways.
3. The links are not working in the about section.
4. I want it to be cross-browser functional. I want it to be clean and appear the same across browsers. Right now the navigation doesnt work in CHROME.
