We need a poker tournament finder to be later integrated in our website. Please read everything very carefully, all of it is VERY IMPORTANT! I DON'T DO PAYMENT UPFRONT. THE PAYMENT WILL BE MADE TO YOU AFTER I SEE A FULLY FUNCTIONAL TOOL AND IS DONE THE WAY I WANT IT. I PREFER PAYPAL OVER ESCROW. These are the requirements of this job: Server environment: LAMP: Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP Your required skills: PHP/MySQL/XHTML/XML/CSS/AJAX/Smarty-Templates These platforms/technologies are not allowed: Windows, ASP, .NET, JAVA Procedure: All functions must be written in object oriented PHP5. All functionalities must be programmed as a web service. Additionally a web service client needs to be programmed that retrieves all functions according to the briefing from the web service and displays them via Smarty-Templates ([login to view URL]). The Smarty-Templates need to be written in XHTML and it is an absolute must that they are UTF-8 coded. Multilanguage: All of the text content and all labels and texts must be included in the web service and it must be possible to edit them for any number of languages with a user interface. Any graphics, displaying text content, are to be uploadable separately for each language. Comments in the code need to be made according to the specifications of the PHP-Documentor ([login to view URL]). Code language (variables, classes, comments) and the documentations must be English and English only. Web service and web client will be integrated in our website later. It needs to be easily adaptable on other websites colors and design. BUT… our affiliate links must be UNCHANGABLE!!!!
