PHP PayPal Implemention

We're trying to find someone that'd like to help us implement IPN (PayPal) payment to one of our PHP script. There's alot of free script to do this out there, but our programmer doesn't do PHP. Due to a project we're currently setting up and paying from our own pocket we have an extreamly limit resource to money. ## Deliverables A script where the user signup and then send us a certain ammount of money through PayPal (or any other money transfer media). The account should NOT be activated untill the cash has been transferd. When it's actived, the user will be able to proceed into the tournament area and enter a tournament. This is all we need. Any free scripts out there can be used by the programmer to complete this project. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows 2000 Adv.
