Minor Simple Graphic Re-Design of Small Area on Home Page on Existing Website

Small area on the home page of [[login to view URL]][1] to be re-designed. I have attached a screen shot with the area which I want re-designed outlined in tourquios blue color. It is also posted below in the deliverables section. It is a small area on the home page with the pictures and text on the upper left of the page. I have cut and pasted the area of the page which I want re-designed below. I want this area to look more professional and eye catching. This is a social networking site. I am looking to get some mock up designs for a new layout of this area and then I will choose what I like. I also need to have the new design installed and deployed on the site on my server.
