**I need someone to write a simple htaccess script for a website**

*I have a site (*[*[login to view URL]*][1]*),? and Im going to make 3 folders under it: "live" "dev" and "qa". I want these conditions to apply:*
- Whoever visits [[login to view URL]][1], I want them to be redirected (secretly) to [[login to view URL]][2], so that what he's seeing is under the live folder, but the URL says [[login to view URL]][1].
- If the user deliberately types [[login to view URL]][2]? (or anything under that location)? , I don't want that URL to be displayed, but rather should display [[login to view URL]][1] . I want the user to feel that this subdirectory (live) doesn't exist. In other words, he should be redirected to [[login to view URL]][1]
- The user should be able to access [login to view URL] and qa.example.com. However, each of these directories should have a different set of usernames/passwords which should be entered to allow the user to view the page
- The [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] directories should not appear in search engines at all! Only [[login to view URL]][3]* in this format should appear (without the "live")
The htaccess script should only go under [[login to view URL]][1]
