I need an eBay shopping API call created, the documentation is located here:

The call needs to return the following:

Listings in categoryID: 6001

Listings that match any of the following keywords (amx,javelin,skylark,gs,camaro,chevelle,corvette)

Query will return all cars with a year of less than 1974

Listings must be located within 100 miles of zip code:? 30301

A max number of results returned should be 12.

The call results must be returned in XML.
