I'll be uploading the specs for review ****** Thanks! ========================================== An HTML/ASP page creator that produces compiled pages based on a template, CSS and SSI file includes, and content from a database. Basically, nothing about the end result is static. Everything needs to come from a different source, compiled and integrated into an end product (HTML/ASP page). The CSS and SSI files simply provide the style and formatting. The database provides the content. Each page adheres to a different layout in terms of where on the page the data is located. Each page then is put together by a script that pulls the style, formatting, and content from these different sources, compiles them together, and writes an HTML/ASP page. This is a very simple to code project but based on the number of different pages that need to be produced, different scripts may need to be written. Initially this will be a small project but will grow into a larger project. Advanced website design including database functionality (SQL and ACCESS initially, then Oracle), style sheets, XHTML, ASP, ASPX, and the latest technology is necessary first and required later on. Knowledge of scripting, converting file formats, graphics, and multimedia desired.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
