Develop a Mobile (cell) phone Arbitrage Site

Hello, ***WEB DEVELOPER REQUIRED*** Thank you for taking the time to read this advert … I am looking for someone to join me on a journey in designing and delivering a Mobile (Cell) phone based Website. The user side will be show up arbitrages and the 'back office' will process incoming XML feeds from selected sites and screen scrape / data capture from others. This will then be displayed in Members area as arbitrages … ([login to view URL]) The site will work like [login to view URL], but will be mobile (cell) design specific to work on all smart phones via the browser. The successful candidate will be able to offer all three parts to make the project a success: 1) Processing the incoming data via XML feeds or get data from spiders and display this on the site (I will supply these links) 2) Design a mobile (cell) website with a members area to display the above profitable arbitrages. 3) Make the process very user friendly The theory … 1) A user can sign up to the service via the normal internet site or a mobile (cell) website. Here they can see various FAQ's, Short videos and recent profitable arbitrages as sales media. 2) Once signed up (via the fee's portal) they will be allowed access to the members area. This will be a mobile (cell) based service. In this area they can check for the latest arbitrage bets found by the software 3) When they select a profitable arbitrage, this will open up the related betting sites, preferably directly to the required game / match so the member can place the required bets. As the project and market grows there should be the ability to add new bookies to the site into the system with ease. The bookies will be affiliate linked and the site will contain some affiliate links to associated products. There will be a members area available (containing the arbs) Extras … The site will operate a email and SMS service, where users will receive email and texts of the latest most profitable arbitrages available. The link will take them directly to the sites members area and open the arbitrage bet. I will provide the sites that I am using for these services. This project will be payment on delivery and I am wanting an initial low fee. The turn around will be up to six months and will include testing. I will answer all and any questions you have. All rights, designs and data will be transferred to me at the end of the project I will want to keep you on as a consultant for further work Any software, coding or material you use, you will have permission to use or will be original.
