I have a website which I have designed. I'm not looking for any avg programmer - I'm looking for someone who knows how to build a responsive & interactive user friendly theme using the newer techniques (css3, html5, bootstrap/etc). So the website has a nice FLOW to it.

I would like to work with someone on this project. To bring my design to the web - properly and function just the right way. The above operates in a similar fashion to what i require that needs to be developed. As an example I require the effect of clicking a menu item and on click the page would load from the left or right of the screen.
So fluid - interactive - flow, pretty/etc.
This will be a wordpress website. Web, Mobile and Tablet ready.
So the DESIGN is completed.
A Programmer is required.
A break down of the front page:
1. Top bar menu - Hover over and the button highlights
2. Floor plan of a room which is click able and information would appear (slide in for new page information, on close back to floor plan)
3. The option of having a Full Background video (for an additional page) Also the option of a slider for a page would be good.
Required pages:
1. Front page
2. Portfolio
3. About (Basic content pages)
4. Contact
5. Blog (which would require the breakdown page and then the read more page)
The backend administration panel should have easy access and control to make updates as simple as possible.
Please submit resume and previous work you have done. I would like to see what you've have developed previously and PLEASE show me your best work.
Keep in mind that If I like your work I will most likely rehire you as I have a couple of my own projects which are on going (require updates) and require someone with very talented/good skills.
Once again - You would be working with me (the designer) directly to bring this to life so that it functions the right way I designed it. We may run into a problem or a function that might not work but we will figure out a solution.
Communication will be very important in this project.
Last note: Please do NOT steal code from other designers/developers - everything must be legal. All plugins used or customized in this need to have legal licenses.
