Taxonomy Terms Grouping Plugin for WordPress [repost]

Need help coding a plugin that allows the grouping of custom taxonomy terms in WordPress:
The plugin must meet the following objectives:
A ) The grouping scheme must be hierarchical.
It should be possible to create term groups as a parent or child of other term groups.
B ) Multiple term group assignment should be allowed from the 'Term Add/Edit admin page'.
It should be possible to assign multiple term groups to a term when editing the term from the admin back end.
C ) Ability to assign relevant terms on 'Term Group Add/Edit admin page'.
It should be possible to assign terms to group while creating/editing a term group.
D ) These term groups must be visible/clickable and sort-able in a column on the "Add Term admin page".
When editing terms from the admin back-end, relevant term groups should be reflected in a column.
If a group link is clicked, the relevant 'Term Group Edit Admin Page' should open.
E ) The plugin must take all custom post into consideration when querying for posts per term.
Linkable 'number of term group entries' should be reflected in a column on the 'Term Group Add/Edit admin page'; Just like how the number of posts is reflected by default as a column. Clicking this number should then reflect all relevant post entries (all post types).
Note: There should be a 'view posts' link for the back end admin posts list view & a 'view posts' link for the front-end view of 'term group' query results.
F ) Querying for term groups should return the lowest child in the hierarchy; never the parents.
If I am querying for a group of terms within a group of terms, terms should be returned, not term group names.
G ) The slug of the term group should be editable on the 'Term Group Add/Edit admin page' & solely reflected in the page URL.
URL for a term group query should look like [url removed, login to view] instead of [url removed, login to view]

For Example: Say there is a custom taxonomy called 'Actors'. In this taxonomy there could be terms like 'Denzel Washington', 'Jet Li',
'Penelope Cruz', 'Anthony Hopkins', 'Lucy Liu', 'Angelina Jolie', etc... Post types could be 'Movie Trailers', 'Movie Covers', 'Interviews'.
Hence each of these Actors could have a combination of these post types.
The plugin should allow me to group my terms. For example term groups like 'American Actors', 'Asian Actors' or 'European Actors'. Further
sub-grouping like 'American Action Movie Actors' or 'American Male Actors'. Now when querying for these groups the url should be [url removed, login to view] not [url removed, login to view] Querying for a sub-group like 'american_action_movie_actors' should return Actors not term groups.
