PSD to Wordpress Theme - only Homepage - repost

We are a Romanian company that need to work with serious and reliable CSS and PHP programmers with good experience in Wordpress. We need help regarding CSS and small PHP features. The hard parts we manage inside company with our programmers. We don’t accept stolen themes that are modified. We check your work with experts. If you deliver a good job you can have continuity with us. Project specifications: - ONLY HOMEPAGE CSS and PHP - VALID HTML - ALL BROWSER COMPATIBILITY - Not necessarily Responsive Design - STRUCTURE: o HEADER (including upper menu). Central area must contain just the picture with the basket (we don’t need any functionality). The two text buttons under Search must be only text (we don’t need any functionality). o FOOTER: only hard coded text links (Acasa, Despre Noi etc). o LEFT SIDEBAR: widget ready. First widget must contain all the categories in the website except 3 “The most sold”, “Category – Title Long” and “Category Promo” (could be done inside them cod). Newsletter and “Metoda de plata” are not necessary but if we add a widget the header widget must be like the upper category widget. o RIGHT SIDEBAR: widget ready. You have to make only the widget inside theme cod for the category “Category promo” that show the last 3 post from it. We will put the others information’s there. You can create a text widget just for example regarding support and social networks. o [login to view URL]: classic slider with option to change the pictures in admin (you can use some free plugins). Under the the slider you have posts from the two special categories “The Most sold” and “Category Title Long”. The picture is from featured picture inside post. The black text is from the title of the post and stars are from WP-Postrating plugin. Price text will be done by our team, you can put just some standard text inside theme. o SINGLE [login to view URL]: should be simple text, no css formatting, but to keep in place header, footer and sidebars. - We are looking for someone that has a high attention to details and strong technical capabilities. - All completed work will be reviewed by our in house developers for quality control. - You have more details regarding graphics in the the sample picture. - You have to tell us if you bid, when the project will be finished starting with the end of bidding.
