Build Custom Script for WooCommerce Shopping Cart - (Edit Product)

I require custom coding for a WooCommerce WP website. I simply need a feature implemented to edit a product located in the cart page after it was added to the cart.
A simple script that allows the user to edit the specific product by clicking an edit icon and adjusting the variable options of the product (Using 3rd party variables plugin).
Once client has made their changes, they can re submit to cart and the previous product is replaced.
That's pretty much it :-)
