MS Word wizard/template

I need a wizard/template for some MS Word document templates Word 97 and above. What I am looking for is as follows. In MS Word I would like a button on the toolbar to start the wizard. On pressing the button a dialog box/window opens up. This dialog box will have a welcome message “Welcome to XXX’s templates?? and LOGO. Then it will say "please select what language template you require." Below this will be an English flag and another language flag. If the user presses on the English flag a new dialog box opens with 5 buttons/or something, representing my 5 main English templates; Letter, Fax, Quotation, Protocol, Message. If the user had pressed on the other language link then they would see the same but the templates would be for the other language. Instead of just opening up a template that requires the user to tab through all the things that need to be filled, I want to do this (pre-populate the fields) while the dialog box is still open. Just like the wizards in Word do. The reason I want this is because I don’t want the user to have to change anything in the document after it is open. So, if the user chooses the Fax template a new dialog window will come up asking about a question for the fields that need to be completed (e.g. Name of person you are sending to). Once the wizard has all the info a final button says, “Create document?? I get a nice Fax that looks the same as everybody else’s fax in the office, with all the info there and ready to send. I have the 5 templates that I want to use. I have the logo. I only need the English version and the other language version can be the same as the English version as I can localise it after. If I have explained this simple enough and you think you would have no problems putting together a pleasant looking and easy-to-use template/wizard then I would be grateful if you could provide me with a quote. Or you may even have a better idea or solution. I need this ASAP so please also let me know how soon you can have it done
