Site Design & Graphic Design - Language Tutorial Website

I require the need of an experienced graphic designer and web designer to create a template for a site that I'm starting. The site is an online course for Italian Doctors & Nurses to learn English. As yet, I don't have the site name registered yet. I would like 2 pages designed for me, **1.** An introduction page with the company logo and a short company motto/message on it. Needs to be eyecatching and professional. **2.** A second template page that will appear on every other page on the site. Needs to have a large area for text included in the page and links running down the side of the page. The site will need links to 5 sections (Home, About Us, Courses, Contact, Login) via image links down the left side of the page The website must be finished to a highly professional standard. I need a bright colourful colour scheme, but not one that takes away from the professional and educational feel of the site. I also need a logo to be designed. Just the name of the site www.????.com and a small logo of some sort beside it. Other images related to the area of languages, and of the medical field should appear throughout the site. Not too many though, just a few small images to keep the theme of the site on each page. Candidates must have portfolio of their previous graphics and sites. More work may follow to the winning individual should the site impress. Creative freedom will be given to the winning candidate. I will however, need to pass any proposed design before I accept the winning bid. Once again, I reiterate, this site needs to be of the highest calibre, and utmost professionalism.
