.php shopping cart - affiliate program

We are in need of a php experienced programmer to build a shopping cart for our online adult video site. The cart will need to track orders, process sales, handle email, allow for automatic discounts, state shipping exclusions, calculate shipping, and track results. In addition, we need the site itself converted to php to allow for easier updates (we have a design template ready), and install a Mysql database or utilize the current existing one.

The shopping cart and website itself will need to be integrated into an affiliate program. We need a programmer who is experienced in both php integration and affiliate programs. The program will drop and retrieve cookies, track sales, allow for multiple affiliates to login into a protected admin area, run reports, provide sales statistics, allow the affiliate to update personal and business info, and merge with the shopping cart for affiliates who currently have products for sale (reseller tracking). Please note, that we are only looking for coders with ratings because of the nature of this project. Also, this is a two phase project. The shopping cart and php conversion will need to be completed first, then the affiliate program. We also expect to remain in constant contact with the coder (ICQ, Yahoo messenger,etc.) while work is being performed.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
