Online Magazine Builder Site

I want to create an interactive site where users can sign up and create their own online magazine and distribute it across the net and post it on their own magazine site like http://mymagazinesite/mymag would be the address of their site, I want to offer unique urls like [url removed, login to view] to paying customers who pay a small fee so that their magazine is ad free ect. I need an interactive tool so users can create their own magazines without knowledge of html CSS or photoshop so there would be pre-made templates for users that they could develope. Every magazine owner would have a control panal to see how many users signed up to their magazine via email and to easily send out the magazine to those urls, to create the magazine and the ability to send out weekly newsletters updating people about the new magazine posted. I need an admin control panal too, because I am not a coding genious, so I could send out letters to all people signed up with the site and add updates to the main page which will feature ads and magazine of the day. I need a function for users to search magazines based on type and popularity. The more popular magazines aka the more sign ups they have the hiegher up they should go on an overall chart of the best magazines on the site. I may stratch the idea of having it where you can pay to have your own domain, but all magazines will leave a little space on every two pages of the magazine to feature google adwords and on the magazine homepage there should be a banner at the top like there is on myspace pages. I do not want the site to resemble myspace at all! I want it to function differently and I want it to be very unique. The last thing we could put in is possibly a readers section so readers can sign up and look around and manage all their subscriptions to the magazines oh and another thing is we could give magazine owners the option to charge a yearly/monthly fee from their subscribers and form that monthly fee the site would extract 10%

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
