Looking for a coder/company that we can work with now and in the future on designing websites, logos, etc.... We're looking for someone that has a good eye for good design and is art/graphic design savvy. The company/person must be able to design relatively fast and have a good portfolio we can look at. They must have great communication skills using MSN Messenger and email. We prefer that the designer use Adobe Photoshop since that's what we use. We require a copy of all designs in both photoshop and jpg/other formats. We'll have requests where you only give us graphics and maybe some where you break apart your design into actual html. You'll give us your design, we'll send it to the client, they'll ask for changes, then we'll ask you for the change. Once our client and ourselves are satisfied, we'll finish the project! This post is for the first project. We're designing a site for a sheriff's department. Design will be something like theses sites:
_<[login to view URL]>
_<[login to view URL]>
Pages on the site will be:
-homepage
-sex offender
-contact us
-warrants
-links
-about us
-FAQ's
-Jail Info
The site will also accept email addresses for newletters, etc...

I apologize for the message earlier about posting a zip file. It was meant to be a message for the facilitator but they didn't catch it. We posted a zip file in the bid request description containing some files you can use to create a quick mockup. The mockup will help us make our final decision. You can use these images as well as any other sheriff/police type images you can find that will help us make the site similiar to these:
Remember, the pages on the site will be:
-homepage
-sex offender
-contact us
-warrants
-links
-about us
-FAQ's
-Jail Info
The site will also accept email addresses for newletters somewhere in the overall design.
let us know when you have something for us to look at!
Also, since you're being subcontracted for this project we'd like to make sure you don't po st the site in your portfolio anywhere online or print. It's ok to show the design in your RAC portfolio with no url but we'd like to keep it at that. Will this be a problem for you?
## Platform
adobe photoshop, jpg. If html, internet explorer and netscape
