Wordpress Theme Modifications

Looking to work with someone over some theme modifications on Wordpress which need to be completed this weekend. We are creating a website for a new travel agency on Wordpress and we are using a Wordpress Plugin from a different CMS. We need the following changes made:
1. Take out a hyperlink at bottom of every template page and so when I create any additional pages this does not show.
2. When you are in each tour take out the section “About the author” i.e. admin but leave the “Share This Post” feature.
3. When you are in each tour as above, take out the second tour title which is a replica of the first...i.e. “Cambodia Support Volunteers” so it just displays the one in the header. Along with the “posted on” and “posted in” comment aswell.
4. When you use the search widget to search for tours each tour displayed has a “posted on:” and “post in:” description – remove these. Also it has a “comments off” logo, this also needs to be removed.
5. When the search results are produced shift the results to the left so a picture can be displayed next to each tour, please insert test picture.
6. Within each tour create a template for each tour with tabs as follows:
• Overview – two columns the left hand side one 1/3rd and the right hand side one 2/3rd
• Itinerary – one column
• Nuts and Bolts – one column. Feature so questions can be displayed in a long list and when the user clicks on the question the answer drops down.
• Destination Guide – As overview.
Conditions:
1. These changes need to be consist across the Wordpress theme so when extra content is generated the new changes will take place. We do not want to be manually changing everything each time new content is generated.
2. Changes need to be completed on night between 21:00 - 07:00 GMT so staff can progress with the site in the morning.
3. We only work with people who are experts on Wordpress...we do not want to work with amateurs. There is future work available so impress and we can work again!
