We are looking for someone to build a website theme, their is an old website with all the content and data in place but it needs a new theme applied to it.
Their is a 'jobs' board on the home page and a 'jobs' page. The client wants to be able to 'tick' specific jobs to appear featured on the home page.

We ideally need this doing by the end of the week!
The website also needs to be iPad / Tablet compatible and work in ie8, ie9, chrome, firefox and safari.
