We are looking to build a personalised slider plugin for our website

We would also like the feature image to be link-able in itself, with all links able to be customised.

We would also like to be able to customise the size of the slider, with the 1-5 smaller links being a percentage of the of the overall size to ensure the relativity remains constant.

The site for this plugin will be [url removed, login to view] (Xceleron theme). For an example, if you visit the page [url removed, login to view], you will see a slider at the top of the page. We essentially want to be able to add 1-5 links to each slide on that and any current/future sliders on our website.
