Website re-design(repost)

I need someone to change the site layout of this website [login to view URL] to something more modern looking.

The kind of look I am looking for is similar to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] (notice the uncluttered design, large fonts, clean look)

The current site is designed in HTML only wit the files renamed to asp. The header menu and left menus are done as distinct pages inserted via server side includes.

Note:

Bid only if you can provide sample of past work on designing web sites for SOFTWARE PRODUCTS. Any bid without sample portfolio of software product oriented websites will be reported as BIDDING SPAM.

## Deliverables

The specific requirements are:

1. The website should follow the menu and link structure of the existing website. The existing HTML structure with server side includes can be kept or you can change that if you have a better solution.

2. The site and URL's should be SEO friendly.

3. The menus and links need to be done in CSS rather than javascript.

4. If done using a CMS backend , it should support mysql or MS Access (it will be hosted on godaddy shared hosting plan).

5. No graphic design is required - just provide dummy images and the HTML.

6. The design of the website should support customization of the META tags on each page.

7. The design should allow the insertion of tracking scripts (eg google analytics, etc) in a single place (eg in a footer include page, etc).

8. Ideally - the site should be updateable with Windows Live Writer or have a separate blog section done with a CMS bakend.

9. Adobe flash files SWF are not to be used.
