Website Design for Custom T-shirt Printing Company

Hi Guys, I would like to create a highly interactive e-commerce website. I am starting up a t-shirt printing business that will specialise in 1 off, or small print runs. The idea behind the website would be that people login and upload their designs which will be super imposed over a t-shirt already uploaded to the site- It is up to the user to promote their t-shirt design through linking it to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram. People then place orders on the t-shirts by submitting their credit card details, once a certain number of orders have been reached the production of the t-shirt design will go ahead, credit cards will be debited and the person who created the shirt will receive a percentage of the profit made back to their account. This shirt will always be linked to the designer so any profits from further sales as a result of over runs will go back to the designer. Designers will be able to log in to their account and view how many of their designs have been sold and the amount of money they can drawer on from their account. The design will need to be unique and fresh and appeal to Gen Y and Gen X, and the back end of the website will need to have reporting capabilities of sales relating to designers- designs sold, cost of manufacturing, cost of postage, etc etc. We will receive credit card payments along with Paypal. This cannot be like any other website, it won't be a huge site and will only consist of a few pages- homepage, about us, contact us, sale page (where people upload their designs and people from the general public can view and place an order), and run out page- so any items that have been over ordered or returned will be sold here. Once again the site needs to be in sync with social media pages to make it easy for designers to promote their t-shirt designs, and there will need to be a generic email set up so users can send their design out to their friends to encourage them to purchase the item.
