Very Small Wordpress Landing Page Tweak

I have a landing page ([login to view URL]) and I need two have three very minor tweaks made to it. I would like to hire someone who can do this right now (within the next 60 minutes). 1) The logo in the white header bar in the top left is too small. I want to increase the height from 30px to 80px. This means the white bar will need to increase to 80px. 2) There is too large of a gap between the sections (under the Notify Me button and swivelCard Photos for example or after the photos and before Ideas for swivelCard or before swivelCard FAQ. I would like the gap to be only 80px between sections. 3) I would like a floating menu bar on the right that includes: Video Photos (/#portfolio) Ideas (/#about) FAQ (/#contact) I would like this menu to always stay in view in the top right corner just below the white header bard, right justified with white text, and to move up and down with the page as the user scrolls up and down (always staying in view on the top right corner).
