Travel Website design and intregration of APi\'s etc.

I have a Gay travel domain, I have joined the expedia affiliate program for content, I need someone to customise, make a header and logo for [login to view URL], set up the complete site, a complete website is available to download for customising, you will be required to make the website look like it is for the GLBT community, I will require the website to be zipped and instructions on how to upload to my server etc. to have a working website ad for you ftp upload to my server. You will need to source free use images (Legally) for changing content photos, images and for use in the header and logo. I have the CID account No. for ean etc. please review the attachments for instructions and sample site supplied by the affiliate program I also need you to find affialiate programes for gay content such as mardi gras dates and news to integrate into the website content. This is not a high budget, but I need a quality website that is very colorful with rainbow effects where possible
