Script similar to elance, odesk - that is project description & reverse auctioning

Hi We need a script like elance.com. We need both front and back end You must have demo to show me. Hence provide admin username and password to explore In addition, please state framework and architecture used. All the features such as Escrow, PMB, Creating multiple profiles, Fees management, payment processor integration should be included. The Script should be multi-lingual as well. The script should be 'copyright-free' and most importantly 'bug-free'. We don't want people that resell scripts. We only desire teams that have their OWN scripts . A contract will be signed to prove that you are the author of the script. That is, PLEASE DON'T SHOW ME TURNKEY SCRIPTS THAT ARE FLOATING. (No Phpprolance,kubelanc,ilance,phpauciton reverse or softbiz freelancers script !) We am not interested in those scripts. The script must not be encrypted so we can modify the scripts in any ways we want. (NO STOLEN script and single license stuff) We also would require some modifications, which will be determined based on evaluating your existing development.
