Restaurant reservation, table management and wait list manager SaaS platform

I am looking to launch a service similar to these sites: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] However, our business model differs in that we are NOT looking to build a restaurant review and reservation website service like the above mentioned businesses. Let me make it clear, this project IS NOT about building a website and web-service!!! Yes, there is a website component but that is not the focus. I am launching this in China so want this to be mulitlingual (utf-8): english and chinese (simplified). This is a MUST. I do not prefer that machine translation be used as it is inaccurate. Look & Feel: Want this to have more of a simple web 2.0 look and feel similar to a wordpress/Joomla site Front-end: Very user-friendly with all functionalities of opentable, openrice but must be social-connected with China's social networks (can give a list if necessary but check [login to view URL] to see a comprehensive listing). Must also include a "click to call" button that can place IP call to phone number using IM client like QQ (can just integrate QQ's instant connect function) Back-end: This is a enterprise level SaaS so must support unlimited numbers of clients. This is to be not just a reservations managment system but also a table inventory management system that is completely web-based. All basic functions that opentable, openrice, urbanspoon, [login to view URL] type sites have BUT: certain functions should be "modulized" meaning we want to be able to offer up "extra services" as add-ons so these functions should have a "super admin" (us) capability to activate/deactivate per user: Analytics/Metrics (need multiple levels of service: basic and advanced: more details to winning bid) Email Autoresponder (basic and advanced) There will be ongoing development work for the winning bidder as we paln to continously evolve our offering to include many new and innovative features.
