New Joomla site with custom component

Delivery of a standard Joomla web site template with a custom component. The component requires one custom database table with four smaller reference tables. A total of 5 different views need to be custom built. Full requirements, guidelines and user stories are in separate Scope of Work document we'll send through if you are interested in bidding. This is the first of a number of development iterations over the next year, and we're looking for a long term development partner. To bid on this you need to have the capacity for ongoing development work for the next 6-12 months. As part of your response we'd like to your see your estimated effort split into design, template dev, component dev, db setup, testing. We would also like you to add a reasonable buffer to fix any issue discovered in our acceptance testing. If you have any references from similar previous projects you can share, please supply these.
