Need Changes To Website - repost

I want changes to my website word-press C Star theme. What's important to know is that YOU DON'T NEED TO MAKE MAJOR CHANGES TO THE DESIGN. I want someone to improve the functionality and enhance the look. HERE ARE THE AREAS THAT I WANT CHANGE: 1. I WANT THE CURRENT DESIGN TO FEATURE AND HIGHLIGHT THE POSTS AND IMAGES BETTER. Even though I don't want major changes. I welcome the basic design being made to look more attractive. I also need some images removed and replaced. This can be done through the site's admin area. If you can provide some images that's fine too. 2. I WANT THE NAVIGATION MENU changed to highlight the categories. I want the (words in the menu) smaller to take up less space. 3. I WANT THE SLIDER ON THE HOMEPAGE CHANGED AND NEW IMAGES ADDED. As an alternative, you could add a video in that space, if you know how to find content for my site's theme, and implement this feature. 4. The POSTS, ARTICLES, AND IMAGES need to be sized and positioned on the page for a better look. Also I want the gray bar that appears across the top of the pages when a post is clicked on removed. 5. Must Maintain All Links When Making Changes too the Site. I Don't Want any Broken Links to Occur On My Website, As A Result of Changes Made To It. Additional Requirements: Must be experience in CSS, Php, Wordpress, Website Design, and Photoshop. Timeframe: Within 3 to 5 days. If more time is needed, I'm willing to be flexible about it for a couple of extra days to complete this project successfully. Milestone: I WILL ONLY FUND 30% OF THE MILESTONE TO BEGIN THE PROJECT. If you want a 100% or 50% Milestone to be Funded Upfront, This Project Is Not for you. After there is progress I will fund an additional 30% milestone for progress toward the completion of the project. I will then fund the remaining milestone when the project is completed to my satisfaction. PLEASE CREATE THE CORRECT MILESTONE AMOUNT! I DON'T LIKE HAVING TO CHANGE THE MILESTONE AMOUNT.
