I have a friend making a website similar to the one's seen in the "secondary info" section. He is going it for 400$, graphics included. Additionally, you can outbid him to this as well. What I need done is this:
The Website's Tools/Software
Alright, so this will be divided into 3 sections: Mystery Shoppers, Clients, and the administrator. Fundamentally, it is very similar to 3 databases.
Mystery Shoppers: When Mystery Shoppers login, their home page should show their current assignments. When no assignments are available, as they will be sent to the specified shopper manually, the page will say "No Assignments Available". There will be a bar on every page which have links to their home-page, their profile (which will include the information they entered when signing up and should be editable), FAQ, and a "log-out" button.
The assignments, when expanded, will have information on a form generated/created from the admin page. It will have fields for the date, deadline, a description of the job, the requirements, a space for a company logo, and their compensation. Subsequent pages from clicking "continue" or "next" or so in order for them to complete the assignment will now include the assignment's respective evaluative questions and spaces for their input. The type of input from each question will take the form of whatever was chosen from the admin panel: a simple yes/no, scoring, ranking, just an open space to type, a combination of these things, etc. Naturally there will be a bar for "employee name" and an image uploader for the receipt.
Clients: These are the organizations which have requested mystery shoppers to evaluate their business's products and services. I have not personally been able to login to a Client dashboard on a competing website, however, I have an idea on what it should look like and can provide you with more information on how it should be done. Essentially it needs to show the output from the shoppers' input.
This output should include expanded and contracted views of all the information, i.e.: each individual shopper's answers to each question and breakdowns of totals on how many said yes/no without all the extra info. It should also be able to divide it by location (for example: KFC downtown vs KFC under the sea). Most importantly is that it has to be visual and easy to interpret. It would be good if you can even program cross-tabulation, correlation, and frequency options.
There will be other similar, common tabs such as FAQ and logout.
The Admin Page: This page will be restricted to the site owner and serve 3 roles.
1) It will allow me create assignment forms. It is crucial that I can choose the layout: amount of questions, type of questions (yes/no, ranking, scale, open-ended, etc). These should be save-able as templates and edit-able.
2) Forwarding assignments to specific shoppers, have an overview of what is and isn't completed, allow me to search for specific shoppers based on criteria like time they're available or gender, see their profile/contact info, etc.
3) I should also be able to use this page to create reports which can be forwarded or uploaded to clients' pages.
It would be INCREDIBLY useful if the data itself could be exported to SPSS as a .sav and even excel in its respective format. As well as image formats.
Furthermore, automatic scheduling of e-mails to clients and shoppers would be a nice feature. For example: to let them know when jobs are available or when reports have been created.

[login to view URL] It has good screenshots & you can use the free tiral for 15 days, then just improve upon their design.
