Music Licensing Website required

Hi, We intend to set up a business offering music licensing solutions for media professionals. As such, we require a user friendly website that offers a sleek, professional service. Initially, we expect the site to host 3000 tracks; however we will consider launching and gaining revenue once we have reached 1500 tracks depending on how well we see the service functioning at that precise [login to view URL] tracks will be edited down to two minute clips @ 128kbs and we require a building in player similar to the Soundcloud service (where you can view the wave form of the music). We will load the tracks into an FTP so you can use them for the site. We require advice on webspace and severs. We require the site to have a clean appearance, utilising lots of white space allowing it to appear fresh and easy to use. We will commission our graphic designer to create our brand and will need this to be incorporated into the site. Please use the simplicity of the iTunes website as a reference point. We will need the buttons on the site to reflect the brand style and as such will be able to get our graphic designer to create these. You will need to provide us with a spec for this. The pages we foresee the site having are: HOME [Containing an ‘about us’ profile, buttons linking other site pages] PRODUCERS [List of 10 Producers who make music on spec for the company. Once we have chosen our designer we need them to start work on the Website. We will then recruit our music from various labels and musicians once they have seen the site. We will then need the designer to add the music to the site once we have collected it. It will take us time to collect and upload the music in-between launching the beta site and launching the live site. We are prepared to pay 40% of the fee once the site has been tested and is working, 70% when we have 1500 tracks uploaded, and 100% when all the tracks have been collected and uploaded and the site is fully functional. Initially we will be taking Payments through Bank Transfers or Paypal, therefore we will require a 'Buy' feature. When the 'Buy' button is clicked we need an email sent to us to notify us which track has been purchased and by whom. We will then email details of payment through to the buyer. We will not be storing the Masters online. We will keep them on External Hard Drives and upload the Masters when required. If the Business grows we will need to develop E-Commerce into the site so payments can be taken electronically. This feature is not needed now but maybe in the future, therefore we require someone with previous E-Commerce experience. We would also like the option of having Members on the site so Customers can log into their account. In this we would like features such as: * Favourites * Cart We would like to store their email addresses on a database so we can send out Newsletters to the users. Important: We need the search function to be able to search tracks by key tags associated to them.
