Freelancer to assist building & developing existing websites

I am looking for assistance in developing my existing website portfolio and launching new websites. Its an area of my business that is growing and I would like to work with a talented web designer. Joomla, Wordpress, Ecommerce and standard HTML websites. If you have the talent and good communication skills and an appetite for work, this could turn into a regular income. Good coding and communication is essential. I usually buy templates and convert into customer websites - Joomla, Wordpress etc.... I am also a google reseller and interested in adding value to customers web experience using cloud market place applications for accounts CRM etc.... Good SEO preparation skills and a good understanding of google rankings. I need the time to grow the business and approach new customers. I am only a small business but if I find a good partner freelancer I can grow the business to our mutual success. All contact would be direct to me and NOT the customer as this would lead to immediate cancellation of our agreement. Example initial tasks are setup Joomla twitter feed, make a Joomla template SEO friendly for a customer, Improve formating and webpage layout. I am looking for a monthly fixed price to assist my web design section.
