freelance and business directory site

I am looking to build a business directory site listing builders doctors etc according to location and type of business i want a contact form in it so that i can contact a number of businesses say creshes in a part of london in one message so i can find out if the have a place for my kid i want each business to have a have space for description its own page and thumnail for thier web site if they have one links to googlemapping would be good as well if possable I also wish to be able to set the language of the messaging box so polish people can message english people google have a translate function i would hope to use this i wish to allow people to contact thes businesses as well as make a proposal or post a job this we i can post a job for say the job of selling my house and put it out to tender like a freelance site all the businesses would be contacted i wish to use the site to encourage outsourcing of business from say one architect to another in another country i wish the site to provide good function such as making it easier to find and contact business in an area while at the same time opening up people to the freelancer concept and way of reducing costs so people come to the site for info and see the freelance stlye of getting work done and also making it easier for businesses around the world to contact each the function of this web site is important i am less interested in lovely design at the moment much more interested in the layout and structer of the sie and how it works I want low cost simple but there will be ongoing work on this site until it is perfect so a long relationship with a set rate for changes is what i am looking for
